Kimy J. Martinez's paintings, drawings and photography have received awards in various juried shows. Among her solo shows, she exhibited narrative portraits at the Creative Arts Center in Burbank, CA. Her pieces shown here are of her Seizing Me Series, created for an indie film, Seizing Me. She enjoys collaboration and is currently working on illustrations for a book with a rock-n-roll theme. She received her BA degree in Theatre Performance at the University of Portland, OR. She enjoys long hikes, hard liquor, the ocean, friends and family.
